Terms and Conditions for phravahnesh Internal Apps
By accessing or using the phravahnesh Internal Apps (the "HR APP" or "EXEC APP" or "Web Application") provided by phravahnesh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 You must be an employee or an authorized representative of phravahnesh to use this Apps.
2.2 You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Apps.
2.3 Unauthorized use of this Apps may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
3.1 To access certain features of the Apps, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
3.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, phravahnesh will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Apps.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of MALAYSIA, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
